Subject: [Leica] Don's PAW 44 Diversity in Ptown

Last weekend I was at the Park Square Leica Seminar hosted by Ted and Tina
as well as our kind sponsors at Park Square camera. The Seminar was on Cape
Cod which provided many quite wonderful photo opportunities both natural and
un-natural(to stay out of trouble I will define un-natural at not existing
in nature). I will second the opinion that having one's slides thrown up on
a screen and dissected was a very worth while experience.

So now to the PAW: I stayed on Cape Cod most of Sunday to return to the
places that had been promising but I hadn't executed well. The first image
is of a sunbather down in Provincetown. She brought much amusement to the
end of season crowd. You will notice that the weather was quite chilly.

My second image is from the pier. As some know, I have had difficulty with
my .72 M6 focusing the 75 Summilux. During the Seminar I acquired one of
the 1.25X finders which has cured all that difficulty. This shot was taken
almost at F1.4 at the closest focusing distance and the image is cropped
almost 50% removing the left half of the photograph that didn't add to the
picture.

As always, comments, criticisms, and Leica lenses cheerfully accepted.
