yes, i do use the "SHADE" on my 0.85 classic.
i have another one for the 0.72 and i guess i'll put it
on, but the 0.72 really doesn't seem to have the same
whiteout problem that the 0.85 does.

the only drawback is that the framelines are somewhat dimmed,
especially on the right side. 

the nice thing about the shade is that it really does not
inhibit low-light use--i was using it this halloween with
detla 3200 @ E.I. 6400.  i have yet to develop these, but 
it's always fun to be at the end of the dial, as it were.
