Dang, sorry, uploaded it in capitals, should work now.
(oddly thing: after changing to lower case on my local disk, it still 
asked for 'overwrite?' when uploading, as if the capital version 
there was identical, yet the capital version is still there on the 
remote server, side by side with the lower case 
version....mindboggling silly stuff....see sig!....;))
