The legion of early adopters who got M7s will find another shiny toy, probably something in high resolution, full frame digital. They will gladly take a loss on their barely used M7. That's exactly the pattern with every other new product to come down the pike in the last several years: CV lenses, the pre-asph 35 Summicrons, the pre-APO Summicron 90s, M6 cameras, etc. Just wait and keep checking out the Friday For Sale posts! Considering the turnover in Leica equipment, you'd have to be either a working pro (who needs the stuff to make money, and can write it off as a necessary business expense) or a very wealthy and very compulsive enthusiast to buy it now for retail.
