Sam and Simon, thanks. Unfortunately, it is a liitle difficult to browse the
web for help when one's web browser doesn't work. (-: However, all is well.
I disabled third party add-ins and that was the fix. Microsoft support came
thru afterall.
Again, thanks for at least taking a stab at it. Much appreciated.
