G'day Sam, I really enjoyed your view of Chicago: I'm usually there 
in winter, at the RSNA conference, but I do love the city: sort of a 
BIG Melbourne ;-)

Don't sell the equipment, I can see you have a vision and some of the 
images really impress: for me

"morning"
"reading"
"strong"
"which"
and
"smoke" which needed to be cropped in a bit for mine, were the best. 
We can all do with practice, technique and determination, but with 
out passion, love and vision, the images will not communicate with 
others. I do think the amateurs amongst this group have a right to 
express their own vision with a camera. If they don't "hurt" others, 
then go for it.
