The rules are that I make the rules, and people who in my opinion are deeply detrimental to the quality of discourse on the list risk being booted. This is not a democracy. In 11 years of operation of the LUG I have only ever booted 4 people, but each has been booted twice, each having come back under a pseudonym until repeated rude behavior caused me to boot them again.

If anybody wants to start their own mailing list I will be glad to help them, and can even provide computer resources so you don't have to pay any money or put up with Topica.
