LOL!  I think the shot is suffering from "blue eye"! ;)

You'd loose out on the "fly" bit, but I think it might work better  
cropped to a horizontal or square, just below the left front paw.  I'm  
guessing the exposure is blown, so rescanning and manipulating in PS  
wouldn't save the highlights...?

It's a wierd picture.  Rather than jumping, or falling, or "flying",  
she looks like she's suspended in space.  Hanging from a  
motion-picture-jiu-jitsu wirerig, perhaps... ;)

What the story behind it?
