February 15th 2003 12 noon Anti-War march from the State Office building (Broad and Spring Garden) to the Liberty Bell (5th and Market) A march starts from the State Building at Spring and Broad @ noon, and ends up at Liberty Bell. Glen and I plan to meet at the Liberty Bell high noon. There are cafes just across the street next door to KYW TV!!
