Can you find any evidence of cops inflating protester numbers at any 
protest in the last decade? Why are the police numbers invariably lower 
than the organizer numbers if that's the case? Are organizers just 
doubly over-counting?

Not really. They're all part of the same system, and in this case, do 
you think police departments lean more pro-Bush or anti-Bush?
