Nathan,

I don't believe that 100%. I think if your living in an involved community,
schools, roads, politics, they will come out and visit. During the elections
I get quite a few knocking at my door, and I've never donated with anything
other than my vote. I would guess that quite a few people in my area are
registered voters and do go out and vote. Makes a difference.

The willingness of a Congress(wo)man to discuss issues with a 
constituent is directly proportional to that constituent's net worth and 
potential willingness to make political contributions.
