The cheapest quality wine can be found in Chile.
It is not uncommon for rural folks to buy garaffs
for a dollar in local currency so long as they supply
the container. That's for cavernet type red wine. I
think it's like that in Argentina too. Personally I
prefer Vanilla Coke.
