Subject: [Leica] perfect lenses

Just when you thought your Leica lenses were REALLY pricey and REALLY
good along comes something totally and radically new.

Okay, these aren't lenses for visible light (yet) but the idea of
making a perfect lens will no doubt set people drooling. The whole
concept of "metamaterials" reads like something from Gegory Benford's
science fiction. But the concept is sure fun to play with!

If nothing else it will keep you from the news for a while...
