Yes-
    That's why I hated it when my P-Chem instructor asked us to calculate
the wavelength of a person riding a bike at 35 miles per hour --- and I
argued with him that it had no relevance. He said  -- and I actually liked
the guy -- "it is relevant because it is on your exam!" -- that got me a C-
(probably would have gotten a C if I just kept the old mouth shut :-)

    (a Chemist and a Vet - not even close to a QP guy - except that they are
up Mass Ave from me at MIT - I can feel them thinking!!)
