I have not been thee, but have heard several tidbits....
Tripods are necessary.  Do you need faster film? That depends on your
personal style of shooting.   Are you comfortable with really long time
exposures at F22?  Bring your wide angle lenses.....  You will not need your
really long lenses.  Bring a cable release.

You do know that there are "magic times" when the light just filters through
the top of the slot perfectly, and all other times when the light is just
there?  Your guide will tell you when.  But logically, the right time is
about mid day, when the light is right over head to filter through the slot.
