I agree. I  tried to  make the 24mm ASPH show flare as soon as I got 
it. I took some really ridiculous shots to test it and thought it was 
remarkable how flare-resistant the lens is. One of my favorite Nikon 
lenses has always been the 24 f2.8 -felt by many to be one of the 
best N. lenses- and I felt that the Leica easily eclipsed it  in 
flare suppression. I would like to see examples of this awful flare.
