Subject: [Leica] No, I absolutely will not photograph your wedding thank you very much.

So I took pictures at a wedding this week. Why on earth would I do that
since it would be more comfortable to shove a flaming stick into my own eye
socket? Well, the bride and groom were witches of course. Or the bride was a
witch and the groom was a wizard or a warlock or something. Which made it
more interesting.

"You're a witch? Like eye of newt and toe of frog witch?"
"Yes, I'm a witch like eye of newt and toe of frog witch."
	"Will there be a broom?"
"Yes. There will be a broom."
	"Black capes and brooms?"
	"Black capes and brooms."
"oh, okay. Sure I'll photograph your wedding."

There were 100 or so witches there, in black capes (and green capes and
black robes and sneakers). Burning incense, standing in a circle chanting
summoning Elder Gods and whatnot. My main impression was that it was too
long and I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on. Which makes it
pretty much like every other wedding I've been to. Except for the guy with
the silver dagger, that was new.

Oh yes, and last minute instruction from the bride: "photography is
forbidden once the circle has been formed." Oh. Okay. So I'm not taking
pictures at the wedding?

Most interesting part was some drunk on a bicycle riding past and shouting
"SATAN!" then he'd ride around the block and come past and shout it again,
every 2 minutes for an hour. I'm amazed he didn't get bored.
