This is one of the few reviews of Dante's that I was disappointed in.
He takes a decided dislike to the meter and takes it to task unfairly.
For example his suggestion that it might be hard on batteries is solely
based on the battery that was supplied with the meter! My original
battery also pooped out after a short while but the replacement has
never had to be changed. It also is not that difficult to switch film
speeds. If you have to switch film speeds all the time then buy two of
them :-) It is a tough little meter that takes a licking and keeps on
going. Mine got soaked and died but all I had to do was dry it out and
away it went again.

I would recommend that anyone should give it a try if you are looking
for an inexpensive compact meter. By all means reject it if you
personally dislike the way it works. but do not reject it just because
someone else doesn't care for it!
