If I were substituting a Leica lens for a loupe, I wouldn't be satisfied
with anything short of a Noctilux.

we need great transmission of light here, gentlemen!

And of course, this use will keep the lens off the camera where it might
suffer the fate of actually SHOOTING A PICTURE!
