Take off the eos mount cap, there is a little knob sticking out, push it out
with (with the mount facing you) one of your finger and then turn it the
mount or the lens

Anyone tried the Novoflex EOS adapter for R lenses? I just got the
Novoflex, placed it on my 60mm R Macro, and now am unable to remove the
adapter. Novoflex instructions are brief and cryptic---"use your
fingernail." Whaaat?

Gary
