Subject: [Leica] What is an "MP 6-"?

Forgive my iggerance, but a German store has such on e*** (2939335931 ). It's seemingly an MP, but 
indeed says MP 6- on the topplate. Could be this is what they call an MP in Deutschland? Wants over 
$10k for it. Must be sumpin' special about it.
