The good Spring cookware (the stuff I have) is stainless
steel, with no non-stick coatings.

Look at the "Brigade Complet" line, not the "Endurance."

It looks like Spring USA is not selling the "Crystal" line,
which is the top stainless Spring line. The Brigade Complet
is the closest.
