Karen, the LUG charther which we all signed when we subscribed (you did sign your copy, didn't you? ;-)) states that any rangefinder is on topic as well an any Leica equipment, which means Canon RF is OK as well as Leica R (which means I'm tolerated here).

I don't know about M and LTM parts but I've gotten a few spare Leicaflex parts from the auction site.  They turn up occasionally.
