12585 was made for the DR/Rigid Summicron, the first 8-glass 35/2 Summicron
and the 35/2,8 Summaron. It is the only hood I use with each of those
lenses. I believe the first 35/1,4 Summilux had a shallower hood (don't have
the number to hand) as I think 12585 causes some vignetting at the larger
apertures on this lens. And I think for the 35/1,4 Summiclux ASPH you need
the hood specially made for it.
