Its poutine Jerry. A combination of French fries, gravy and cheese 
curds. Quite good if done properly.

Next to Montreal Smoked Meat one of Quebec's best culinary creations. 
Quebec also produces some of the finest cheeses in the world in the best 
French tradition.
