I've always used tap water to dilute ... I thought the law on purified
water was for mixing the powder :) I use 1:1 or 1:2 dilutions ... based
mostly on how long I feel like chucking a tank back-and-forth more than
anything else. But using purified water for the dilution ... that's going
too far for me.
