Simon,
The images seem to come from an underexposed negative as the grain is
fairly large and the shadows seem to drop out.  Are the stripes indeed
going horizontally on the negatives?  If the stripe is on the edge of
the frame then your curtain brakes are acting up.  If the stripes are
indeed in the 36mm direction on the negative then I don't think the
camera is at fault unless the second curtain has some serious holes in
it.

inside there are some things missing but gave it a go.
Some photos show parrallel stripes at one end what could those be?
