Yeah ... but ...

Of course we know it is a serious situation so it's not absolutely
necessary ... but the concerned onlooker contrasted with the
professionalism of the doctor/nurse ...

I agree though ... the crop does bring out the immediate message ... that
a baby is being treated for something.
