Anybody bought & now using the new Leica Solms rewind accessory for the M1/M2/M3/MP?

Does it work well? early reports suggested the knob wasn't high enough for easy use.

Please, I'm well aware of the many aftermarket options -- it's the Solms product at
(yes) $170 that I'm curious about.
