Subject: [Leica] Summer Dance (Chicago) Photos

Group:

Some photos from Summer Dance in Chicago. Mulling over cropping. All are
full frame -- at the moment. My basic grumble . . . perspectives are
similar. This, however, is a sampling; plenty more than what's posted,
including band shots and spectators.

Some background:

- -- Solo dancer shot with a Noctilux. Wide open. Motion is close, but not
quite what I wanted.
- -- All others shot with a 24 Elmarit (ASPH). Wide open.
- -- Film: Top four on unabused TRI-X. Bottom two on Neopan 1600, exposed and
processed for 1600.

Interested in on- and off-list comments about impact, lack thereof, ways to
improve, etc. No need for talk about online appearance and the fact that
enlargements are only 3 - 4 times the size of the thumbnails.

Thanks.
