It looks like a small lens extender. The male end fits into the M6's and 7's like a lens but I can't figure out what fits in the female end. On the silver rim it says EL and on the black portion it says Leitz Wetzlar Germany 22 233. I can't find that in any of my guides. Any of you equipment gurus have an idea?
