It's pixel wicksel white - the latest in presentation paraphenalia from the
wizards at Muppet Labs.

Mined from the vaults of mines carved deep into the heart of the planet, mixed
with absolutium and dearthmium to give brilliant reflections with especially
flat surface texture. Rolled out in vast mills, allowed to settle, targeted by
seagulls, cleaned, retargeted, the paper removed and the remainder carefully
painted onto the wooden frame.

Works great but you don't want to stand too close, especially in damp weather.
