I picked up a mint, but not boxed, R7 "Partner Aktion" for around 1000 euros not all that long ago. The articles labeled "Gelegenheit" are usually stuff that has been traded in for something else, and the price is fixed by the dealer. If you happen to be in Northern Germany look out for a chain of photo stores called Photo Dose, batteries and films are quite a bit cheaper in their shops. There is quite a flood of s/h stuff at the moment and, if you like Rollei 35s, the price has fallen quite considerably in the last couple of years. As to your lens and stock being taken for a rifle - it is very unlikely that either in Germany or Poland any police officer is going to turn round and fill you full of lead, the police here ask politely what it is ( and then they shoot you :-) ) Even in Italy I've only had pleasant encouters re police and photography. The only places where you might be accosted are Government Buildings, Airports and the like. Security people at airports hardly even bother to run detailed checks on photographic equipment , they can nearly always recognise what it is on their screening machines. It's a totally different matter with portable computers, though what logging in and showing them that they work proves I'm not quite sure. Over here is a "foreign" country but still reasonably civilised.
