Well, I do blame the French for thinking that Jerry Lewis is a comic
genius, but I sure don't blame them for not wanting to blunder into
Iraq. ;-)

Americans, I suppose. But there are 240 million of us who didn't
persecute 
Iraqi prisoners, and more than half of us voted for Gore. I don't blame
