[Leica] Vuescan software users

To Vuescan software users:

Once I place slide in Nikon cool scan , preview the slide with minor changes
and the finally clicking on scan tab which causes the final image to stretch
horizontally.

I would like to know what am I doing wrong.? Do I need to change parameters
of the monitor itself or need to change some parameter in the software?
