Subject: [Leica] Remembering the Reagan years

Tina, BD,
    Unfortunately, I was not in Washington for the Reagan memorial services.
Believe me, I do want to be there!
    While   one may disagree with his politics. He was a gentlemen with a
unique sense of humor. The one photograph, I wish was used with his obit,
was the one of him sticking his thumbs in his ears and waving at all the
photographers at a White House Press Photographers' Association dinner. I
was in the audience and missed the picture.
    Also,  to WJ the 1/4 million dollars worth of new White House china was
paid for by private donations, not our tax dollars.
