We see and hear too often that the 50mm isn't much of a lens and one needs all kinds of other focal lengths to produce interesting photography. Which of course is a complete fallacy because it still comes down the talent and ability to see by the photographer using the camera and 50mm lens whether it's successful or not. And these two work very well in composition and certainly as a well composed countryside scenic. As usual whatever lens or camera you use they are the best of the breed nearly everytime. ;-) ted
