Simon,

Having read the other comments, I stand by my earlier remarks. I think that 
they 
show presence of mind in the photographer in what was probably a fairly 
hectic 
situation...and I bet you weren't popular with either the guy on the floor, 
or 
New York's Finest. Very "moment decisif", shame that it was a N...n :-)
