Don't know about Victoria; but the ProLabs have left Milwaukee, WI, USA 
without service. Today I picked up 4 8x10 prints, from 4x5 C-41 negs, 2each 
of 2 subjects. The paper borders appeared creamy. Like fogged or stained. 
When asked about it, they said, "Well the paper is the paper and the 
chemistry is the chemistry. If we redid them - they'd look just like this. 
Same paper same process." Excuse me. Where did the sense of professionalism 
go in this business - it's enough to make one simply leave the profession.
