Subject: [Leica] How is life in Boston this week?

>From an outsider's point of view it may be a hopeless mess, but it
really does function - millions of people move in and out on a daily
basis. The question is what this will be like.

Since it is already a hopeless mess, how could you tell if it was worse?

Not at all.
Because the media so successfully convinced people that the sky was
falling, everyone fled town, the city is essentially empty, and there
are no problems what so ever.

Well, okay, I'm sure that if someone IS at work this week, and work is
right around the Fleet Center, it's a pain in the butt. But other than
that, no problem.

What I can't wait to see is what happens to midtown Manhattan when the
RNC hits town and an already hopeless traffic mess is magnified. ;-)

All of my friends in Boston,
The news is all about security shutting down traffic in Boston both auto
and mass transit.

So, how has security affected you?
