Yes the lens definitely exists. I used one years ago (a loaner from Canon
Professional Services) and fell in love with it.

Even if there were a Canon to Leica mount wouldn't that defeat the purpose
of both systems? I'd pick up an F1 and enjoy the heck out of a good
combination.

Left with my plain old M I would stick with a 21 asp.
