You don't let ACDSee become the default program for graphics files of any
type during the installation process; otherwise all sorts of odd behavior
ensues with your other graphics programs.

I just use ACDSee v5.01 for doing full screen winnowing of my images.  Pixel
manipulation is done in Photoshop.
