Phong,

I have a 200 GB Firewire unit; I do not remember what brand HD is 
inside--could be Maxtor or Seagate. The capacity around 200-250 GB seems 
pretty standard now.

If your PC has a Firewire interface, it is better than USB; but then 
again, the USB cabinets are usually cheaper.
