Especially since it is not uncommon by any means for the carrier who picks 
up those types
of "packages" to be a local cab company.  Common practice from what
I understand about the process.  I suppose they have to move around somehow.

Heart? That thing must be a torso transplant! Thats huge. Not a 
comforting photo really :)
