Hi Feli,
I am not sure you are right. Nothing I know of is high
profit at low volume, unless truly ludicrous like
$10,000 handbags. As I understand it the top end pro
cameras are loss leaders as part of marketing to add
gloss to the profitable volume models. I understand
that the top of the line models do not sell in
sufficient numbers to cover costs.
