Daniel,
I'm very late on reading the LUG: a bit busy lately, but I have the 
R800, and so far I cannot really say that the output even on the epson 
recommended paper in B/w has "done" it for me. Perhaps I'm doing 
something wrong. I really  should give it another go.

Could you detail your workflow etc.
