You probably don't have the specialized device for it, but if you have a 
"Food saver" or "Seal a meal" device that does vacuum packing of food, and 
if you have one of the hard-side vacuum-pack containers for it (e.g. for 
vacuum marinades), just pop the thermometer in there and hit the button. It 
will pump the air out of the container and in about 2 minutes the moisture 
will be gone.

I'd bet that putting it in a warming oven (43 Centigrade) for an hour would 
also do the trick. Never tried it, though.
