Subject: [Leica] OT: What went wrong? (B&W developing resulting intransparent negatives)

Completely blank, including the outside the normal 24x36 areas, would
indicate no development before it hit the fixer.

3 possibilities come to mind.....
Old developer that was not working at all?  Used Stop in place of Developer?
Used Fix instead of developer?

Try again, mixing the chemicals up and labeling everything ( and throwing
out the used developer and stop, at least for this run.....)......

No problem with the stop being effectivly longer than planned...... at least
not what you describe.....
You overdid the Photoflo,, should be a couplel of DROPS per quart of
water....But this does not hurt the film in the way you describe....
