[Leica] OT: What went wrong? (B&W developing resulting intransparent negatives)

Thanks everyone. It was late and maybe I rushed it. I still don't know
where it went wrong but I suppose a fixer/developer confusion or
mislabelling could have been the problem if it wasn't the developer
itself. Indeed there are no frame #s or anything at all. I'll shoot a
test roll this afternoon and try it again, slowly, step by step, and
very conservatively with the photo-flow and I'll let you know how I
made out. Thanks for your responses.
