Hi Luis,

"LTM" is short for "eica Thread Mount". These are the series of cameras 
Leica developed and sold prior to coming out with the M3, which is the 1st M 
mount camera. The LTM cameras were discontinued by Leica around 1960 but not 
before millions were made and sold around the world. Many of these cameras 
are still in use today. I own a couple which I use on a regular basis, the 
IIIG being my favorite LTM.
